Project Manager - Restaurant Construction

Job Summary

To support a growing pipeline of commercial construction projects, the remote Project Manager - Restaurant Construction will manage ground-up restaurant builds and similar fast-track projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for restaurant construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor (GC)
• Strong background in commercial construction, particularly ground-up projects
• Experience managing fast-track construction projects, preferably in the restaurant sector
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
