Project Manager, Restaurants

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of restaurant projects, the full-time Project Manager, Restaurants will plan and manage project execution, ensuring all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget while collaborating with a multi-disciplined team in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and control the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets for all project stages
• Lead an integrated team in quality assurance and quality control for construction drawings and specifications
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain strong relationships and address project issues

Required qualifications

• 10-15 years of project work experience, preferably in restaurant projects
• Strong understanding of project accounting to monitor performance and forecast revenue
• Experience in strategic development, business development, project management, and client management
• Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset
• Expertise in architectural or engineering systems design and building codes
