Project Manager, Restaurants

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Project Manager, Restaurants who will plan and manage projects to ensure all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget, while leading a multi-disciplined team in a flexible work environment that allows for remote or onsite collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control project deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets
• Lead an integrated team in quality assurance and control procedures for construction drawings and specifications
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain strong relationships and address project scope changes

Required qualifications

• 10-15 years of project work experience, preferably in restaurant projects
• Strong understanding of project accounting to monitor performance and forecast revenue
• Experience in strategic development, business development, and client management
• Architectural or engineering systems design knowledge, including M&E and structural building systems
• Registration with a relevant professional association is an asset
