Project Manager, Retail

Job Summary

To ensure all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget, the full-time Project Manager, Retail will plan and manage projects, lead a multi-disciplined team, and monitor project performance while working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control project deliverables, schedules, and budgets
• Lead an integrated team in quality assurance and quality control of construction drawings and specifications
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain strong relationships

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of project work experience, particularly in retail projects
• Strong understanding of project accounting to monitor performance and forecast revenue
• Experience in strategic development, business development, and client management
• Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset
• Knowledge of architectural or engineering systems design and building codes
