Project Manager - Retail Banking

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for a Retail Banking Refurbishment Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Work with clients to prepare project elements such as scope of work, cost estimates, and schedules
• Direct the project delivery team and ensure project data integrity and documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
