Project Manager - Retail Banking

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of real estate projects, the full-time Project Manager - Retail Banking will oversee planning, design, construction, and closeout processes while working remotely to achieve strategic business objectives for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including scope, budget, and schedule
• Collaborate with clients to prepare project documentation and define delivery resources
• Track project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Ability to perform complex financial calculations and analyze multiple information sources
