Job Summary

Managing multiple retail and restaurant projects, the full-time Project Manager - Retail & Restaurant will prepare construction documents, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure compliance with building codes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review construction documents and architectural drawings
• Coordinate drafting and project documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure project compliance and requirements are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience developing and reviewing construction documents
• Knowledge of state and local building codes
• 5-10 years of experience in retail, QSR, restaurant, or commercial projects
