Job Summary

To support business transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager, Revenue Cycle Management will manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational excellence and client outcomes within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and teams to identify process improvements and define project goals
• Manage strategic business transformation projects focused on RCM operations and technology adoption
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, resource allocation, and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
• PMP certification
• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle industry
• Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes within the healthcare sector
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
