Project Manager, Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Project Manager to join their Revenue Operations team as an Individual Contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for GTM-wide initiatives, including scoping, planning, and stakeholder communication
• Own change management for process and system rollouts, developing adoption strategies and training plans
• Design, build, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support team objectives and operational visibility

Required Qualifications

• Project and program management experience across various project sizes and complexities
• Demonstrated change management experience with proven ability to drive adoption of new processes or systems
• Operational mindset with a data-driven approach to measuring project outcomes
• Strong communication and influence skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with SaaS, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk is a bonus
