Job Summary

Focusing on Salesforce Portal Implementation, the contract Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of a Salesforce-based patient portal solution for a healthcare environment, working remotely on a standard business schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Salesforce patient portal implementation project
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and success criteria
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and various healthcare applications, overseeing testing and post-go-live support

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare system implementation experience
• 10+ years of project management experience
• 1+ years managing enterprise Salesforce projects
• Experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient engagement initiatives
