Job Summary
Leading strategic projects, the full-time Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors will manage the implementation, integration, and optimization of Talent systems while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with Talent's strategic objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
- Manage project resources and budget, while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable
- Proficiency in project management software tools
