Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT initiatives from kickoff to completion using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating daily standups and sprint planning
• Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure alignment on goals and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience leading IT projects in a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid role
• Proven success delivering projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and Iterative methods
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, and Microsoft 365
• PMP, CSM, or related certifications preferred
