Project Manager / Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with business, Scrum teams, and technical stakeholders while managing project activities through all life cycles
• Lead small to medium-sized Scrum teams, ensuring alignment of roles and responsibilities
• Provide consistent and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of combined IT Project Management experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master
• Desired certifications include PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM)
• Proven experience in project management and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
• Strong focus on delivery and continuous improvement in project processes
