Project Manager/Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support a federal government IT contract, the fully remote Project Manager/Scrum Master will manage contract execution, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and coach Agile teams while ensuring adherence to TSA approved methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in day-to-day management of contract activities including Enhancement Services and Operations and Maintenance
• Manage the Agile Release Train (ART) and coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning activities across Agile teams
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and track sprint metrics to provide updates to the Program Manager and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of project management and Agile experience supporting federal government IT contracts
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Agile development programs using SAFe or equivalent methodology
• Experience operating within the DHS/TSA Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) framework
• US Citizenship is required
