Project Manager/Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Project Manager/Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive AI/ML Ops implementation, and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations in data and analytics projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing delivery impediments
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML Ops practices and partner with architecture leads for modern data platform alignment
• Ensure delivery practices meet regulatory expectations and coordinate multiple functions for effective project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred)
• 5-8+ years in Agile delivery roles supporting data, analytics, or software engineering teams
• Hands-on experience implementing DevOps or MLOps practices for AI/ML workloads
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of modern architectures and tools such as Databricks and Jira
