Project Manager / Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading and managing medium to complex enterprise-level projects, the full-time remote Project Manager / Scrum Master will ensure Agile principles are followed while delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Manager/Scrum Master for Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile practices
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans and managing resources
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Experience in software development or technology-related projects is preferred
