Project Manager/Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery in a remote or hybrid environment, the full-time Project Manager/Scrum Master will manage multiple teams, define project priorities with stakeholders, and track progress using Agile metrics while ensuring alignment with governance and security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across teams, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope and acceptance criteria
• Track project progress and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery
• 2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
• PMP, CPM, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
