Project Manager - Scrum Master

Job Summary

Focusing on process improvement and project management, the full-time remote Project Manager - Scrum Master will oversee project planning, scheduling, and risk management for intermediate to large-scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, and risk management frameworks
• Manage project execution by estimating costs, scheduling tasks, and addressing issues proactively
• Consult with senior project management staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 1 PM course completed
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in business, engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage intermediate to large-scale projects effectively
• Mastery of standard project management applications and software
• PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
