Project Manager / Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support strategic technology initiatives, the part-time Project Manager / Scrum Master will manage multiple mid-sized technology projects remotely, focusing on Agile and Waterfall methodologies while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance artifacts while managing scope, timelines, and risks
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile planning at multiple levels, driving continuous improvement and team effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Senior-level Project Manager experience
• Senior-level Scrum Master experience
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid technology initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
