Project Manager / Scrum Master
Job Summary
Leading and managing enterprise-level projects, the full-time remote Project Manager / Scrum Master will ensure Agile development teams adhere to Scrum practices while delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the Project Manager/Scrum Master for Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans with timelines and resource allocation
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
- Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams, preferably in software development or IT
- Familiarity with project management software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Experience in project risk assessment and quality control processes
