Project Manager / Scrum Master
Job Summary
To lead technology initiatives and Agile delivery teams, the contract Project Manager / Scrum Master will work remotely, focusing on managing the full project lifecycle, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring successful project execution while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile teams in achieving project outcomes
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of combined IT Project Management and Scrum Master experience
- PMP and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications required
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and project governance
- Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps preferred
