Project Manager Service

Job Summary

Project Manager Service is a full-time, salaried position responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multiple projects, developing project schedules and monitoring delivery, revenue, and quality metrics
• Manage service representatives, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Communicate with customers regarding project scope, timelines, and changes while cultivating relationships for new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 2 years of equivalent training
• 6-8 years of related industry or construction experience
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience
• PMP certification acquired or in process is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in CAD drawings, Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and Visio
