Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services
  • Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
  • Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
  • Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
  • Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
  • Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
