Project Manager, Service Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Service Delivery to manage Lit and Dark Fiber services and customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management including scheduling, scope, and budget tracking
• Coordinate internal and external communication regarding project timelines and milestones
• Develop and maintain customer project plans based on contractual requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing Telecom Service Delivery projects
• Extensive knowledge of Wavelengths/DWDM technologies
• Experience in Planning and Deployment project management
• Strong knowledge of systems and processes related to Lit and Fiber services implementation
