Job Summary

Managing the entire delivery process for business customer orders, the full-time remote Project Manager, Service Delivery will ensure timely and high-quality service delivery while coordinating with internal teams and third-party resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Coordinate with internal and contracted resources to meet customer requirements and timelines
  • Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates throughout the delivery life cycle
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
  • Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
  • Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
  • Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
