Job Summary
Managing the entire delivery process for business customer orders, the full-time remote Project Manager, Service Delivery will ensure timely and high-quality service delivery while coordinating with internal teams and third-party resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Coordinate with internal and contracted resources to meet customer requirements and timelines
- Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates throughout the delivery life cycle
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
- Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
- Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
- Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
