Job Summary

Managing key customer projects for Lit and Dark Fiber services, the full-time Project Manager, Service Delivery will oversee end-to-end project ownership, including stakeholder communication, budget tracking, and performance metrics analysis.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead project kick-off meetings, manage scheduling, and track scope and budget
  • Coordinate internal and external communications regarding project dependencies, timelines, and milestones
  • Develop and maintain customer project plans based on contractual requirements and service designs
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing Telecom services projects
  • Thorough knowledge of project management methodologies and processes
  • Experience with Fiber Engineering and Outside Plant operations
  • Strong leadership and critical thinking skills to meet project specifications
  • Excellent customer management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
