Job Summary
To manage customer-focused carrier wholesale delivery projects, the full-time Project Manager, Service Delivery will oversee end-to-end project ownership, including stakeholder meetings, budget tracking, and coordination of internal and external teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project kick-off meetings, scheduling, scope, and budget tracking
- Orchestrate communication dependencies and provide performance metrics for Customer Business Reviews
- Develop and maintain customer project plans based on contractual requirements and service designs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of ten years of experience in managing Telecom Service Delivery projects
- Experience with dark fiber, Layer 2 & 3, Ethernet/IP, and DWDM required
- Active PMP Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and processes
