Job Summary

Managing customer projects for Lit and Dark Fiber services, the full-time Project Manager, Service Delivery will oversee project ownership, communication, and performance metrics while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management, including kickoff meetings, scheduling, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate internal and external communication, ensuring project milestones and dependencies are met
  • Provide performance metrics and analysis to support customer business reviews and operational improvements
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in managing Telecom services projects
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with data center and telecommunications facility environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
