Job Summary
Managing customer projects for Lit and Dark Fiber services, the full-time Project Manager, Service Delivery will oversee project kick-off meetings, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project ownership, including scheduling, scope, and budget tracking
- Orchestrate communication and dependencies between internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Provide performance metrics and analysis to support customer business reviews and advocate for customer needs
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in managing Telecom services projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with Fiber Engineering and Outside Plant processes
- Exceptional project leadership and customer management skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive improvements
