Job Summary

Managing customer projects for Lit and Dark Fiber services, the full-time Project Manager, Service Delivery will oversee project kick-off meetings, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project ownership, including scheduling, scope, and budget tracking
  • Orchestrate communication and dependencies between internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
  • Provide performance metrics and analysis to support customer business reviews and advocate for customer needs
Required qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing Telecom services projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience with Fiber Engineering and Outside Plant processes
  • Exceptional project leadership and customer management skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive improvements
