Job Summary
Managing customer projects for Lit and Dark Fiber services, the full-time Project Manager, Service Delivery will oversee project ownership, communication, and performance metrics while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management, including kickoff meetings, scheduling, and budget tracking
- Orchestrate communication and manage project dependencies, timelines, and milestones with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide service delivery performance metrics and advocate for customer feedback throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Five to ten years of experience in managing Telecom services projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and processes related to Fiber Engineering and Outside Plant operations
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive project goals
- Excellent customer management skills, including risk analysis and conflict resolution
- Ability to define project dependencies and manage milestones effectively
