Job Summary

Project Manager - Service Productivity, is a full-time role responsible for managing a productivity program aimed at delivering significant improvements in service efficiency through digital and process initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the service productivity strategy, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Establish governance processes and prepare project teams for gate reviews, ensuring alignment with targets and business objectives
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams and lead change management efforts throughout project execution
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in process improvement and productivity initiatives
  • Previous leadership in Institutional, Consumer, Industrial, or NCH services
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements
