Job Summary
Project Manager - Service Productivity, is a full-time role responsible for managing a productivity program aimed at delivering significant improvements in service efficiency through digital and process initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the service productivity strategy, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Establish governance processes and prepare project teams for gate reviews, ensuring alignment with targets and business objectives
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams and lead change management efforts throughout project execution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in process improvement and productivity initiatives
- Previous leadership in Institutional, Consumer, Industrial, or NCH services
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements
