Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager with expertise in ServiceNow and Agile delivery to lead federal IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Agile ServiceNow projects from initiation through delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions
• Ensure project deliverables meet federal security, regulatory, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar)
• Five years of professional experience
• Three years of direct experience managing Agile ServiceNow projects
• ServiceNow Certifications and Micro-Certifications
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
