Job Summary
To support the delivery of ServiceNow projects within the nonprofit sector, the remote Project Manager - ServiceNow Implementation will manage project plans, facilitate governance processes, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking for assigned engagements
- Facilitate governance cadences, including status reviews and go-live readiness reviews
- Identify and mitigate risks, scope variances, and escalate material issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience managing enterprise technology implementation projects
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting ServiceNow implementations
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow delivery methodologies (e.g., NowCreate)
- Strong risk management and governance capabilities, including RAID logs and milestone tracking
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple project engagements concurrently
