Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Services Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of services engagements including kickoff, milestone tracking, delivery, and close-out
• Maintain a real-time project tracker integrated with Salesforce contracts and manage resource allocation
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive project management tasks and provide weekly project health reports to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software implementation or professional services projects
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective project tracking systems
• Experience with resource planning and capacity management
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
