Job Summary
Managing the full lifecycle of services engagements, the full-time Project Manager, Services Delivery will oversee project tracking, resource allocation, and onboarding execution in a remote role based in Colombia.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of services engagements, including kickoff, milestone tracking, delivery, and close-out
- Maintain a real-time project tracker integrated with Salesforce contracts to monitor project status and resources
- Build and maintain standardized onboarding templates for consistent client implementations
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years managing software implementation or professional services projects
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain project tracking systems that teams actively use
- Experience with resource planning and calendar-based capacity management
- Fluency in AI tools for automation and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills with a low tolerance for ambiguity in project status
