Job Summary
Managing the Site Acquisition process remotely, the full-time salaried Project Manager - Site Acquisition will oversee contract negotiations, develop growth strategies, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal approvals for multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate real estate development transactions and manage contracts/leases for selected sites
- Prepare and present transaction summaries to senior management regarding project progress and financial approvals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with technical requirements and regulatory approvals
Required qualifications
- Experience in real estate, development, business, financial, strategic, and technical operations/management
- Proven ability to negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts for real estate and infrastructure transactions
- Strong strategic thinking skills related to business, market, and technical challenges
- Experience in preparing and reviewing financial analyses of potential deal structures
- 5-10 years of project management experience in a Site Acquisition environment
