Project Manager, Site Acquisition

Job Summary

Managing turnkey construction contracts, the full-time Project Manager, Site Acquisition will oversee project activities, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and facilitate communication among stakeholders while addressing regulatory and permitting issues.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate OSP construction contracts while collaborating with legal teams
• Monitor project activities for compliance and manage complex regulatory/permitting issues
• Provide project-level reporting and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field preferred
• Minimum of seven years in the telecommunications industry with project management experience
• Five years of contract and capital management experience, particularly with large project construction
• Familiarity with OSP construction methods and standards
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
