Project Manager, Site Acquisition

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end acquisition of real estate assets for telecommunications projects, the full-time Project Manager, Site Acquisition will oversee site identification, feasibility analysis, and lease negotiations while working remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the acquisition of real estate assets and property rights for fiber optic facility construction, including lease negotiations and easement acquisition
• Coordinate site acquisition activities with engineering, construction, and permitting agencies to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Lead negotiations with stakeholders to secure site rights while ensuring compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Three to seven years of experience in site acquisition, permitting, or infrastructure deployment
• Experience with land use, zoning, and permitting processes
• Familiarity with telecommunications or infrastructure projects preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, SiteTracker, and Google Workspace applications
