Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, the full-time remote Project Manager - Software Development will manage cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable applications utilizing Golang, React, and PostgreSQL for healthcare clients.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery governance
- Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting while monitoring risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience managing software development projects within Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Golang application development and architecture
- Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL database concepts and performance optimization
- Experience working with React-based web applications and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources
