Project Manager - Software Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Software Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients during implementation
• Track and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and action items throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing software implementations, preferably in healthcare IT or EHR environments
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent, client-facing projects
• Working knowledge of EHR implementations, clinical workflows, and healthcare practice operations
• Familiarity with data migration and system integrations
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clickup, Jira or similar)
