Project Manager, Solutions Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Solutions Delivery to drive the successful implementation and ongoing management of benefits technology for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technology delivery, guiding clients and brokers through system implementation and support
• Lead the full lifecycle of benefits technology projects, including requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, and client approval
• Act as the bswift subject matter expert, advising clients and internal teams on system capabilities and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years coordinating the delivery and support of Benefits Administration systems, with extensive bswift experience
• Deep understanding of the bswift platform's capabilities
• Exceptional project management discipline and ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with Benefits Administration systems and integrations
