Job Summary
To support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Specialty Care Program Office, the full-time Project Manager, Specialty Care will manage project schedules, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and ensure consistent execution of initiatives in alignment with VA standards and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, action trackers, and project management tools to monitor performance and milestones
- Coordinate activities across related programs and produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and communication plans as needed
- Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to track risks, issues, and scope changes while providing timely reporting to Government customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Minimum four (4) years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar, with experience in a large corporation or government agency
- Strong analytical skills and experience in producing executive dashboards and status reports
- Familiarity with federal health care environments and enterprise initiatives
