Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

To support Health Plan Relations initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives will manage cross-functional projects impacting revenue cycle performance, develop detailed work plans, and facilitate communication across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, tracking timelines, deliverables, and resource utilization
• Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports to communicate project progress, risks, and next steps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; project management certification(s) preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in project management
• Strong understanding of ASC revenue processes and payer workflows
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet)
