Project Manager, Surveys

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end delivery of quantitative survey projects, the full-time Project Manager, Surveys will operate remotely during West Coast hours, serving as the primary client contact while overseeing survey fieldwork, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring data quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage panel-only and full-service survey engagements from kickoff to final data delivery, monitoring quotas and response rates
• Provide recommendations on survey design and fieldwork strategy to achieve high-quality research outcomes
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, managing expectations, timelines, and budgets

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in quantitative market research, managing projects from questionnaire programming to data delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trust and manage expectations
• Hands-on experience with panel/sample providers and data quality processes
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience handling PII in accordance with data privacy standards
