Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for various initiatives
• Create process maps, training materials, and internal communications to support change management
• Manage multiple projects across various departments, ensuring progress and task completion

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of formal project management experience, with at least one year in a staffing, HR, or TA environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification strongly preferred
• Experience with project management tools such as Workday, iCIMS, Monday.com, JIRA, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project
• Data literate with the ability to analyze metrics and interpret dashboards
• Experience in building process maps and translating them into actionable plans
