Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Tax & Legal.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of tax and legal projects, defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
Manage outside tax counsel and advisors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with firm objectives
Document and improve legal and tax processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in project management
Exposure to tax, legal operations, or related functions is a plus
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
Authorization to work in the United States
