Project Manager - Technology Delivery

Job Summary

To support life sciences clients, the part-time Project Manager - Technology Delivery will lead a diverse portfolio of technology implementation and infrastructure projects, focusing on areas such as cybersecurity, cloud optimization, and AI/ML integration, with the majority of work performed remotely and occasional on-site presence in Cambridge, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage full project lifecycles, including charter, scope, schedule, budget, and change control
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project status, risks, and issues, providing reporting to stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, facilitating requirements gathering and managing action items through resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology implementation or systems integration projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across varied technical domains
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and enterprise systems integration approaches
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira
