Project Manager Texas Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all facets of project management for real estate projects
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and lead project delivery resources
• Implement project documentation governance and track progress against goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from College or University or equivalent related experience
• Prior Project Management experience preferred
• PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read architectural drawings
