Job Summary
Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Project Manager - Texas Licensed will facilitate strategic projects, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain project records while demonstrating flexibility and a coachable mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address challenges in project execution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones and resource assignments
- Interpret metrics to recommend actions and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, computer science, or a comparable field, or two years of relevant experience in project management
- 2+ years of experience in release or project management roles with a strong understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in creating actionable and measurable project plans tied to goals and objectives
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for executive presentations
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and operate effectively in uncertain situations
