Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager - Total Rewards to lead strategic initiatives in compensation infrastructure and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex compensation and benefits projects using established project management methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and deliver executive-level status reports while overseeing vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
- Strong experience in project management with a focus on compensation and benefits initiatives
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet
- Prior experience in HR or Compensation & Benefits is preferred
